Penetration testing
External, internal, application and cloud pentesting, with formal scope and authorization.
- 01THE PROBLEMNo one knows for sure what an attacker would find today in the environment, the applications or the cloud.
- 02WHO IT IS FOROrganizations that need to measure real exposure, respond to clients and audits, or validate fixes.
- 03INTENDED OUTCOMEVulnerabilities found and prioritized by risk, with evidence, recommendations and retesting of fixes.
What changes for decision makers.
- FOR THECEOKnow before the attacker does“Nobody knows for sure what an attacker would find today.”A real measure of exposure, with the risk explained to the board.
- FOR THECFOFix what matters“Long lists of vulnerabilities without knowing what to fix first.”Findings prioritized by risk and a retest of what was fixed.
- FOR THECTORemediation that can be reproduced“Generic reports the team cannot reproduce.”Every finding with evidence, steps to reproduce and how to fix it.
- FOR THECISOEvidence for customers and audits“Customers, contracts and audits ask for an independent test.”Executive and technical report of a test with formal scope and authorization.
What an attacker would find today.
Testing with formal scope and authorization, to measure real exposure before someone from outside does.

From finding to verified fix.
Anything critical is reported immediately, without waiting for the report. Afterwards, each finding is tracked until it is fixed, and the retest confirms what was resolved.
From agreement to retest.
Nothing is tested without written scope and authorization.
- STAGE 01AgreeScope, rules and window in writing.
- STAGE 02MapWhat is exposed and where is the data?
- STAGE 03TestHow far can one get, under control?
- STAGE 04ReportWhat is the risk and how do we fix it?
- STAGE 05RetestDid the fix work?
Testing without putting operations at risk.
The test measures exposure; it cannot become the incident.
- AUTHORIZATIONScope and permission in writingNothing outside what was authorized.
- SECURITYNo destructive techniquesNo denial of service and no data destruction.
- CONFIDENTIALITYConfidential findingsEvidence stored with restricted access.
- CRITICAL FINDINGImmediate noticeAnything critical is communicated without waiting for the final report.
- RETESTFix verifiedThe retest confirms what was fixed.
Why trustness.
- 01Formal scope and authorizationNothing is tested without written scope, rules and authorization.
- 02No destructive techniquesNo denial of service and no data destruction: the test measures exposure without becoming the incident.
- 03From perimeter to cloudExternal, internal, web and mobile application, and cloud environment testing.
- 04Retest includedThe fix is verified, not just recommended.
- 05Independent from operationsPerformed by those who do not operate the environment: continuous vulnerability management belongs to n.secops.
Stages of the work.

What is included.
How we work with what you already have.
Continuous vulnerability management belongs to n.secops; the pentest measures, at a point in time, how far an attacker would get.

- 02Your suppliersThird-party environments are included only with authorization from whoever is responsible for them.formal authorization

Two models, as set in the contract.
- MODEL 01One-off testOne scope, one test, report and retest.
- MODEL 02Recurring cyclePeriodic tests to track exposure over time, as contracted.
What people usually ask us.
Can the test bring a system down?
We do not use destructive or denial-of-service techniques. The window and limits are agreed in writing before the test.
Do you do social engineering?
Yes, when provided for in the contract and authorized.
How is this different from vulnerability management?
Vulnerability management, from n.secops, is continuous. A pentest measures, at a point in time, how far an attacker would get.
What do we receive?
An executive report, a technical report with evidence and remediation for each finding, and the retest.
What if you find something critical?
We notify you immediately, without waiting for the report.
